Actually I think it's OK because with NO license you have NO insurance and if you do have an accident you will not be covered.
Hope someone learns a lesson!!
Barbie doll: Solitary confinement is not like a CONDO and you are very ignorant to a lot of facts.
Now she has time to think alone about how she will handle the future.!

Ummm I could'nt care less about Paris Hilton, but you obviously haven't heard she is a chronic offender.
She got a DUI about 6 months ago, then was caught driving on a suspended license, then caught again driving on a suspended license and I cant remember what else.
It sounds pretty normal to me.
some celebrities thumb their nose, and their wallets, at the law and I guess the judge was tired of it.

If a person clearly does not understand that there are repercussions to breaking the law and recklessly breaks, them like Paris did, then the Judge has the right to teach them a lesson.

i think of i do no longer provide rats approximately that prostitute. it incredibly is unfair you're compelled to be attentive to approximately her dumb existence. The warfare in Irak, people loss of existence in Africa from starvation?, who cares!, yet whilst Paris Hilton breaks a nail it makes nationwide information. 40 5 days in penitentiary isn't something whilst in comparison with what something persons could could desire to flow by way of if we dared force on a suspended license, yet celebrities get a different medical care, I guess she would manage to no longer see the interior the penitentiary, she would manage to make some form of deal. What a tragic, retarded society we live in heavily.

I'm failing to see the problem with that, she's a retard anyway that is famous for no reason; she can't act, sing, or anything...
maybe she'll get some jail house tats and join a butch female gang in there, at least that way she'd have a personality

If Paris was any other race they would have given her real time and not in a condo. She would be let go into the population too

Actually, its becoming more common than you think as state's are beginning to crack down on repeat offenders for driving while revoked. More importantly, what she is being punished for is violating her probation. People who get probation up front tend to get more serious punishment when they violate their probation than those who just accept straight jail time at the beginning.

She's an idiot, plain and simple.
Anyone who supports her or feels that she's been hard done by, isn't much better than she is.
