Creativity!!!!! You are limited only by your own imagination as to when, where & how. E.g., my mommy-friend & I were talking as she was leaning against the door. The light clicked. I lifted her onto my shoulders facing me. She grabbed onto the molding over the door, I positioned her just right & did a face plant. Had a nice bondage edge to it b/c she couldn't get down until I was ready to let her down. Try it for yourself. Mommy-ness is not a turnoff.
