Nope. She used to look like a normal person, but then she started getting all ripped-looking. The first thing I remember seeing her in was the movie The Next Karate Kid. I think the pinnacle of manliness came when she was doing the movie Million Dollar Baby.

Well, the fact that she played a transgendered male in "Boys Don't Cry" probably makes her seem pretty manly along with her boyish looks. But, no, she's not a transexual!
