Hello this is really been getting to me.
Right now I put tons and tons of effort in to keeping a slim figure. But I hate being on constant alert all the time,. Sometimes I just want to buy a pack of choco chip cookies and sit in front of the computer and gorge.
But I know i'm at the prime age of looks! so I want to keep them a bit longer.
Anway What age do you think I can just forget about having a good hot body. I was thinking when i've had my first child? Does everyone think this is an okay age to relax. Or should i wait till im an old grandma? l

Ok shallow alert...your body isn't everything. There is no magic age where you can just go "poof" I'm gonna ignore myself now.

Your husband isn't going to like you going to the pound after the first child if he is used to a"hot body".

Do yourself a favor and relax now...there are sweet snacks you can have that aren't going to ruin your body...there are the 100 calorie snack bags, mini oreos, chocolate chip cookies...etc...work them into your diet plan so you don't feel so deprived.

how old are you? in this day and age people can look good in there 60's. so if you in your 30's you have a long road ahead. sweetheart. I am 30 and I have two sons and I still want to look young, which I do. but it's important to just live your life. eat health, exercise at a normal rate. do stress out over looks. because the real important think in life is that we have a relationship with God and take care of our family.

Maintain a healthy body, it's not going to remain perfect over your lifetime, at least not what society thinks of as perfect. I don't think a person should ever quit trying to look their best, no matter how old they are. My husband's 90 year old aunt still spends a couple of hours fixing her hair, doing her makeup and matching gloves, shoes and bag before going out. And before you say that it takes her a couple of hours because she's 90---it took her a couple of hours when she was 20, 30, 40, 50...and so on.

If you are unhappy and really stressing in keeping so slim, you are increasing your odds of stress related illnesses. That includes wrinkles.
In this day and age, there are so many low calorie good foods you can sit and enjoy. What good is a killer body if your unhappy in it. As we mature, so do our minds. They keep up together.

I have 2 children and still want to look good. My mom is 82 and still wants to look good for my dad. So go FIGURE (no pun intended) If it's in you it's in you. We all want to gorge sometimes. Treat yourself once in a while. When & if you do let your go you will probably stress out about it even then
