No one is above law of the country & no one has been legally authorized to do moral policing of any kind. Even the Criminal Procedure Code,1973 , the Indian Penal Code,1860 & the local state police Acts clearly identify the duties , responsibilities & punishments for infringement of any provision for the police officials assigned the duty of security & law maintenance in the country. Any one indulging in any illegal activities in the name of moral policing amounts to offences as clearly provided in the Penal Code as well under the local police Acts of the states. Such people or organizations should be charge sheeted & punished under these provisions of law.

The Police are to be blamed for turning a blind eye to violence perpetrated by Shiv Sena goons and all other politically backed goons. The Supreme Court has just taken suo moto cognisance of state inaction in the Gujjar violence episode. It would be fitting if the apex court were to take cognisance of violent acts committed by these so called moral 'hoodlums'. The public must also vehemently condemn such acts instead of being passive bystanders. Even if you cant do anything physically, atleast write to the press.

These are the acts of Hindu terrorists and Shiva Sainik Extremists sponsored by the Governments & Ruling Party BJP against the minorities specially ie the Christians and Muslims.

None can question this Government sponsored Hindu Terrorism & Extremism.

Christians & Muslims cannot do moral policing or else police will shoot them by naming terrorists acting under foreign signals.

Moral policing?

What is that?

The things you have described are just acts of madness!

But our lawmakers & governments are shameless enough to keep quiet!
