I brought a new Pc a week ago. It has a strange problem, it simply restarts (reboots) with out any reason.

I consulted my vender he said it was the problem with the power supply the first time and he changed it, the second time he changed the RAM.

wat may be the actual culprit?

Could be many things, a faulty motherboard, or even it could be overheating due to the incorrect aplication of thermal paste. Really, it could be alot, i cant tell you for sure without running diagnostics. I would just exchange it for a new one, it should be under warranty. Dont accpt any more fixes, tell them you are fed up and unhappy. they will most likely replace the whole thing. care to share the vendors name?

If it has been doing this since you bought it, it is probably a hardware problem. One new PC I bought did that also; it turned out that it had a defective motherboard.

Try running PC-Doctor or the like on each of your computer's hardware components. This program should help you pinpoint exactly which device is the problem.
In all honesty, however, if your computer is behaving that strangly from the start, you probably don't want to deal with it. Just return it and get a better computer.

If you're still having problems, there's a good chance they can give you another one. Requiring a mstore manager ofcourse, and a proper way in addressing this issue. after all it is brand new. One word of advice, Don't ask if it's possible if they could replace it . You'll have to demand it in a way mainly because of the amount of times tried to resolve the problem. Either that or risk having a thought of having bought a lemon pc. Lemon-Lime.lol Hope you replace it.

I definitly think this is a hardware issue and it's probably due to over heating or poorly seated cables. I would first try reseating all of the cables that are plugged into the motherboard. If that doesn't do the trick and them maybe reinsert the CPU into the board and install a new heatsink, maybe re-apply the heat transfer gel between the heatsink and the CPU?

If you connected it to the internet a WORM could have got in if you don't have the firewall turned on. Otherwise, it could just be a faulty hard drive.

maybe it's just your power source...( the plug in your home maybe loose or something is not securely fasten. ). Another reason maybe power supply fluctuation from your electric source. Do you have a UPS? Ask your vendor if they sell one.

hope this helps

Bad or missing driver.

OR

It may be infected with malware.

Take it back and get it fixed properly or ask for a replacement.
