I found out recently that I might have a daughter out there and would like to find out the rates for Idaho on child support so I can know how much to set up payments for. I hope to do this with out having to go to court or anything. I'm not the debeat type, just want to do what is right with out being an jerk.
My ex left me while she was pregnant saying the baby wasn't mine, now she's saying it is.

Any place online to calculate the rate if I know the pay rate (me) and lack of one (her)?

Where I live it goes on a percentage based on what you make and what the mother makes. If you make more you will pay a percentage of the difference. If you don't make much, then you will have to pay a reasonable amount that you can afford to help out.

It varies state to state but you may as well count on losing about a weeks pay per month on average for support and your share of expenses. (medical, school lunches, child care etc.)
