It's not exactly rejected. It's just that most people stick with the religion they grew up with and are comfortable with. Many people, including, myself are appreciative of what your religion has contributed to ours. So much of another religion or religions are also written in books. I guess we'll just have to wait until the End Time to learn the answer.

Probably because people wants to accept that there's 5 religions instead of knowing that they're thousands of it. Your religion is considered part of Roman Catholic, but is unique in certain ways. Now and days Americans (also foreigners like me) considered the Bible as another book written by people. They don't pay attention to it because they see your religion as something so old. I respect all religions from Roman catholic (and religions related to it, including yours), until the atheist (even though they don't believe even in the electricity).
Much love XOXO

When the life of the "Christian" Jesus was being organized into the New Testament, Constantine and the Archbishops made lots of changes to documentation of the life or the historical Jesus. He went from being a mortal man descended from two royal Jewish lines, the leader of a Zealot group, an enemy of Rome, and a married man, to an enemy of the Jews (who somehow didn't stone him for his crimes), a divine son of God and a virgin mother, a pacifist, and a virgin himself.
To make the new testament digestable and acceptable as the new official religion of Rome, the whole story had to be given a pro-Roman slant. Therefore Pilate "washed his hands" and the Jews somehow ordered his death by crucifixion.
Most Christians are completely oblivious to the irony that rules their lives.
Jesus was a Jew. He lived according to Jewish law. He was ordered crucified as a political enemy of Rome.
What most Christians believe is that the Jews killed Jesus. They believe that the sin of Jesus' death transferred from baptised Christians and fell on the shoulders of Jews and their progeny.
Ultimately, it means no matter what is in the Old Testament, the average Christian isn't going to pay much attention to it because they're too busy worshipping a virgin who wasn't a virgin, and praying to a man who's the head of the organization which has been trying for the last 2000 years to wipe out any remaining evidence of the bloodline of the historical Jesus.
And there's your answer.

it's called sectarianism, humans form groups and the stupid humans fight for the suprmacy of thier faction. In this case religious division.
you can be semetic all you want, others can not be semetic all they want too. You can say this and i can say the opposite. the audience decides.

I don't believe there's ONE right religion. All paths lead to God. I can only choose the path that's right for me.
