The original polio vaccine was created from a live virus that was grown in monkey livers. Over half of the type of monkey that was used, test positive for "Monkey Aids". When the first vaccine was tried they were given to tens of thousands of Africans. The problem is that they used an atomizer that possible may have delivered the monkey aids virus into the lungs of thousands and possible could have survived long enough to mutate into what we have today.

Well I believe that that idea was spurred by the tests the government did with syphillis on people, mostly black people back in the 40s or 50s.

I rank that kind of imagination right up there with the 9/11 conspiracy theories. Everyone knows space aliens gave aids to humans with their rectal examinations during abductions.
