I don't. I like a full size keyboard and those little mouse knobs suck. Of course, you can always plug those two things into a laptop that accepts them, but there's still the issue of not having my 19" LCD flat display.

I love mine! When all of my friends are stuck to their big old pc to surf the net I can move all over the house with my wireless internet and multi task! Not to mention I can take it to work and school and friends! Plus a lot of restaurants and other hang out spots are now offering free wireless Internet.
Yeah! Let's hear it for Laptops!

It depends on who you are, how on the go you are and what kind of job you have. If you are a person on the go I would suggest a lap top, but if it is for stationary reasons get a PC. I do suggest a lap top with wireless internet like mine, for the simple fact that I am laying in bed right now relaxing.I highly doubt I could do that with a heavy ass PC. i dont really like laptops......i love having my laptop for being able to get up and go really easy. I HATE overpaying for an underpowered system, i dont care how mobile it is. i think if your on the move a lot or you need mobility while working a laptop is the way to go other wise desktops reign supreme.

Well............ I didnt really like mine at first because the keyboard is way... too tiny and scrunched up into a few inches less than the regular keyboard.
So, i adapted and my typing fingers now know how to type in the scrunchy keyboard.
Do I like them? No not really , but I can live with them.

I like the idea of being lazy and laying in bed with it on my lap. Also no fuss with many cables.
Wireless internet with a built in card and total wirelessness is cool.

laptops cost allot for what they have in them and it is hard to upgrade them, I am a PC person

i love my 'top. i want a new one for next year (for my jr. year of college). i have a 15.4" HP, but i want a smaller one, more portable; like a 12" or 13". i take it (almost) everywhere. i have a desktop i built at home too. i use it for audio/video editing.
