What the problems create when we give one employee promotion, incentive and other benefit without given the other employees? problem on work or to the emplyee him self the one get or the one did not get I want it in veiw of law & Business and finance also

you will not be infringing any law definitely but what u will cause is discontentment among your employee which will have negative impact on your business definitely.

Will if these benifis aren't justified by this person skills and circumstances, this would be stark discrimination, this can cause trouble both to the empolyee and the employer on all aspects, from social and interpersonal hate between work mates, to actual legal problems espcially if there is something between the employer and the preferred empolyee like being acccused to have a relationship with him, the employer himself may be fired for discrimination.
