Yes there is! It's called good cardio vascular exercise! I'm a mental health specialist in the army and have been counciling people and prescribing medication for over 9 years and by far the best thing for anxiety is exercise! 20-30 minutes a day 3-4 times a week. The American Psychiatric Association nows accepts this as being the most effective treatment for anxiety and depression (although it is not widely known). There were several medical studies which placed several different leading medications up against exercise and exercise won, flat out!

Before taking anything you should take extra precaution. The best thing to do when searching for the best supplement for you, would be to take a free questionnaire called the Nutri-Physical and get a report of what would personally be the best supplement for you, or you could get a custom supplement made for you.
The Nutri-Physical can be taken at
https://www.marketamerica.com/blittrean/index.cfm?action=services.npHome
After you take the Nutri-Physical you will have the option to either view supplements already made that suit you or you will be able to check a custom cocktail and view what you need specifically; and have one made for you.
Hope this helps

PNT 200, it is like taking valium, but it is not a drug and it is not addictive. It is a natural peptide. I can not tell you how stressed tax time is for me, but 2 PNT 200's and the stress drains away; people now call me Mr. mellow. It really works great.
God bless and good luck.

Really, check out St. John's Wart and Chamomile, I think Valerian as well. Not as strong as a script...but will work.
There are more herbal options just can't think of them all, look it up under herbal remedies.

Try bio-feedback. It forces you to relax, and you can see the results immediately. It takes work, but the results may surprise you. They even have portable units now.

you may be able to find what you are looking for at Silky Scents. They have a free recipe section that is easy to follow, or an already made blend section that they tell you how to use it.
