I would tip a girl more at night for the same reason you mention... but I always like to tip generously because I have been a delivery driver and server. I give even higher gratuities to those who render service with a smile or a little extra care and attention.

No, it is a relatively equally potentially dangerous job regardless of gender.
That stated, I cannot say I have ever seen a girl bring the pizza to my door.
