Yes, but it's really meant to hold things together that have broken. You could accomplish the same thing by using a much cheaper glue, i.e. Elmer's or any other white glue, or even a glue stick.

You can use crazy glue or cyanoacrylate glue on anything that is cellular and has moisture, and since paper is made from trees, it will glue to paper.. just be careful, your fingers are also cellular, and will glue as well.. if you get some on your fingers, acetone will be your best bet for removal.... that or wait a few days until your skin sheds...

It isn't really formulated for paper. There are other glues that would work much better. Since I don't know what you are trying to glue, look at this site for some alternate suggestions.

you are probably better off with the nail glue or better yet epoxy. Also, make sure you rough up the edge of the wire a bit with a nail file or sand paper before gluing--it will help it stick better.
