Probably Brandon Jackson of Green Bay. He's an unheralded 2nd rounder, so he won't be getting the type of respect that a Ginn or Meachem or QUINN will get. Plus he's not a backup at best like Wright and Wolfe will be, he could easily be their starter. Though, Wright is underrated.
My next guess would be Sidney Rice, another 2nd round pick. He's a bit on the raw side, so he'll take some time to reach his potential. But this year, all he has to do is beat out the likes of Bobby Wade, Billy McMullen, and Troy "Look Ma No Hands" Williamson and he'll get plenty of looks. Rice has more talent than most 2nd round WRs, and just what inexperience Tarvaris Jackson needs, reliable hands!

I hate to declare it yet i admire the Lions to win the NFC North this three hundred and sixty 5 days. With Kitna back and thoroughly knowledgable of Martz's device, alongside with some quite effective weapons in Jones, Bell, C. Johnson, and Roy Williams, it's going to be difficult to renounce the Lions offense. interior the AFC i'm going to be looking on the Browns notably heavily. Charlie Frye exchange right into a competitor until now and had a fire lit below him while Quinn exchange into drafted. seem for super issues from Frye this three hundred and sixty 5 days. Now that the O-line would not seem 0.5 undesirable, the working sport with Jamaal Lewis will open up for huge video games from Braylon Edwards and Kellen Winslow. it is not too far available to foretell that the Browns will make the playoffs this three hundred and sixty 5 days with a 10-6 checklist.

The obvious rookie of the year (to most people) is probably some high round RB (Peterson) or QB (quinn or russell). They were overrated. The sleeper who will emerge as the best rookie this year will definately be Garrett Wolfe. I mean, Chicago wont be passing a lot (grossman is the worst NFL QB starter) and wolfe had 1900 yards last year. 1900 YARDS!!! The speed and power he has will definately make him a 1000+ back, maybe even 1400+ if he starts every game

I have a 3 way tie amongst 2nd round picks I think could make a big impact in 2007.
Drew Stanton, QB, Detroit Lions (2nd round, 11th pick) he should easily win the starting job over Jon Kitna and in that offense, with Roy Williams and Calvin Johnson, look for 3500 yards and 20-25 touchdowns.
Dwayne Jarrett, WR, Carolina Panthers (2nd round, 13th pick) #2 receiver with #1 receiver skills, he plays opposite the best in Steve Smith and it wouldn't supprise me to see him match Keyshawn Johnson's 70 catches, if not surpass that total, that would put him near 1000 yards which could translate into 10+ touchdowns.
Brian Leonard, RB/FB, St. Louis Rams (2nd round, 20th pick) I feel in the Ram offense Leonard will thrive, playing tailback when the Rams use Jackson in the slot. Could come out of the backfield and catch passes, play halfback, fullback and tight end. I feel he is a more athletic verson of Mike Alstott, I wouldn't be surprised to see him get enough touches to get between 750-1000 rushing and receiving yards combined and possibly 10+ rushing and receiving touchdowns.

You want a sleeper, so I'm going to automatically eliminate everyone taken in the first round of the draft. They're not exactly "sleepers" if they're first-round picks.
I'll take Dwayne Wright in Buffalo. He's a very strong between-the-tackles runner, and if he can stay healthy he'll probably take a lot of goal-line and short-yardage carries away from Lynch. Especially from behind that atrocious o-line, a back who runs over people instead of around them might well be more productive overall.

I agree with Anthony Spencer. The cowboys will continue the 3-4, which sucked last year b/c you have to have fast outside linebackers. Demarcus Ware takes up alot of attention which will leave the left side open. I think with a healthy greg ellis, and a constant rotation, spencer will get in solid minutes. plus, phillips likes to pressure the ball on defense. and joe thomas said spencer was the hardest player he EVER played against...........

Patrick Willis of the 49ers. He'll probably lead the team and the rookies in tackles. The key will be the 49ers defense. If the defense emerges to be good compared to last year, he'll have a good chance of winning it.

Eric Weddle (Safety) of the San Diego Superchargers. When Utah played Georgia Tech he shut down Calvin Johnson. He has potential to be the next Ed Reed.

The sleeper is the same sleeper during the draft itself... Brady Quinn - the new Joe Montana - will bring Cleveland to a new, long awaited elite level in the NFL. Brady will run away (and pass away) with rookie of the year.
