Its white vinyl with gray lines that form patterns.

Chloroform.
It melts the vinyl so be ready to rinse with water as soon as the stain is removed.
This of course would only work on pure white vinyl, nothing with patterns in it.

It is not a stain it is damage and will have to be replaced. You could try to use a vinyl repair kit.

There is no way to get it out but you can dab it with paint in the same color, and since it is white, use white out.
