A pinched nerve, migraines for some, and believe it or not low blood sugar. Yes, fairly low blood sugar can cause stroke like symptoms it is one of the things paramedics have to check for before they can call it in as a stroke.

Sometimes if people have had trauma recently like a fall or a car accident a disc could have been moved slightly out of place and all it takes is some type of jolt or moved a certain way to to push it far enough to pinch the nerve.

Those that I have mention are most probable the least likely are:

1)Tumor
2)Focal motor seizure(seizure activity in a certain portion of the brain)
3)allergic reaction to a medication or a combination of medication or herbal supplaments
4)Head trauma a slow venous bleed can take as long as 6 month to show signs and symtoms.

Your best bet is to go get checked out by your doctor. I personally would go to the ER ASAP and Demaind either a CAT scan or and MRI be very persistant about it, because unless they have the x-ray vision ability then you will never really know!

I don't know what else, but you need to go to the doctor right away. If it is a stroke, and young people do have them, there is a medicine that can reverse the effects if you get there quickly. I mean now!
