Well, considering I don't have a "nasty region" but rather a "vacation spot" I guess He made us this way to be able provide pleasure to ourselves.
Of course you could look at it that He made our arms this long so we could wipe our butts, and created a temptation that was to be resisted, thus giving us a higher level on the ladder to Heaven.
It is your perspective and belief system that has to answer this question!

i dun think is a sin at all i think is an amazing discovery to find out that your waste disposal center is next to your recreational center..
