If she has dropped out of high school and if the father is asked to pay for college....it is wrong and he is not liable to pay...But taking the child's future in mind..it is father's responsibility to see that the daughter joins the college.

Pay for what? She dropped out of high school so her chances of going to college are pretty much out the window. He needs to talk to his divorce lawyer and get the order reversed.

You will have to go to court and show that she dropped out and have the support order amended. However if before she is 23 she gets her GED and goes on to college you WILL have to pay.

You need to go back into court and have the court order or stipulation modified. You can't just stop the payments because you know the child dropped out of school--the court doesn't know that. Go back to your lawyer and ask for guidance.

No. The child/parent has to keep the other end of the contract. If she did not go to college he doesn't have to pay.

Did she apply to college? because if so, she's responsible for the fees.
Otherwise, that's total bullshit. Without the application, there's no connection to the college.

no, child support only continues if she graduates from HS and goes directly to college.
