center=(-1,2)
radius=4
i forget the exact equation i think its (x-h)^2 +(y-k)^2 = r^2
i think it's (x+1)^2 + (y-2)^2 = 16

You can see that the x range is from -5 to 3, and the y range is from -2 to 6, so the diameter is 8 and the radius therefore 4. Also, the centre is at x = (-5+3)/2 = -1 and y = (-2+6)/2 = 2. So the equation is
(x - (-1))^2 + (y - 2)^2 = 4^2
or (x+1)^2 + (y-2)^2 = 16.
If you want this in expanded form you will get
x^2 + y^2 + 2x - 4y = 11.

well...looks like the diameter is 8 so the radius is 4.

looks like the center is at (-1, 2)...so

equation is:

(x+1)^2 + (y-2)^2 = 16
