1) Am I hungry or thirsty?
2) Am I comfortable and protected?
3) Do I socialise well with others?
4) Do I love others?
5) Do I love myself?
These questions must be asked in order of appearance. If the answer to one is "no" then until the answer can be "yes" you are not allowed to ask the next question.

Questioning the self is an unusual behaviour to engage in when you consider the process.
Why ask yourself something that you already know?
If you don't know the answer, then asking yourself is probably not going to provide an answer.
Always questioning the self is not an enjoyable way to live.

i ve have been given those style of questions too (what's the beginning place of existence? Why are human beings right here? what's the objective of existence? Why is there loss of life and suffering? Is there an afterlife?) and every time i remember god ( allah ) and that s what keeps me alive. and if u want my opinion we human beings tend to be overly involved by those issues even even though it s a do no longer forget that purely allah is familiar with and we shouldn t question it....... and if we could want to comprehend greater concerning the issue i enormously recommand analyzing the coran in it a lot of issues have been defined... i advise if u positioned aside the stereotypes that some human beings have in direction of muslims and attempt analyzing it u will discover out that it s a tresor ...
