GMA950 is just good for 2D graphics and OK for video but poor in 3D graphics (games).

If you want to play slow simple games like SIMS or really old games like Age of Empires 1 or 2 it is fine.

If your talking about 3d gaming, you're really going to want something better. Even a cheaper card like a geforce 7300 with 256 ram (80 bucks) will please most casual players with settings turned down. You dont have have to drop 3 bones to play games but the intel 950 isnt gonna really cut it except with the most basic of games.

Short answer: No.

Long Answer: Depends on the game. It will run Warcraft II awesome! World of Warcraft... not so much. I'm guessing you're looking to buy a MacBook? Not the best gaming laptop out there, coming from a die-hard Mac fan. If your budget allows it, get the MacBook Pro, or anything but a Dell. (Acers are great for gaming.) There are ways to install OS X on Acers/HP/Dell/Compaq, etc.

No...go with radeon xpress or geforce go with a minimum of 256MB of memory. The intel grahics is not good for games at all..although playable not visually appealing and lots of lag.
