that depends, if the person you're referring to is my ex-girlfriend i can give you lots of things i call her.
if however you're using the word "person" as a general term i'd have to go with self-centered and self-absorbed as well.

Narcissist- it is a person who has grandiose thoughts of themselves only and believe that there is nothing wrong with them or their beliefs or ideas and that no one is above them--it is a mental condition by the way.
