What you would want to do is get a small business loan to cover the cost of all the machines, installation, and your location needs. Washing clothes is something that people will need to do naturally. You would want a decently secure location in a good spot to keep the vandals out.

maybe ask someone who has done this, I would hope someone would know on here, but not always that helpful.
It is a god idea, getting realible staff will be a problem. and insurance too - in case someones stuff is stolen or ruined.
