1) When a person takes a long long time to get to their point. More specifically when they give you every nitty gritty unnecessary detail, when they could have summed it up in a sentence.
2)Idiots who vandalize things (key cars, mess up public bathrooms, let the air out of peoples tires). It just doesnt make much sense.
