You know the ones that act a certain way around one person and than act another way around another person? Doesn't that just give you the creeps?

I don't pay attention to them. They aren't worth the time nor the effort. When people act the way you described, I don't think it's creepy, I think it's ridiculous and like you said, just plain fake. There's nothing wrong with being yourself (that goes for everyone) no matter who you are or what people think of you.

Smile at them. Because Im about as real as it gets. People who are fake have a low self esteem issue. They are not happy with themselves so they have to be someone else. I just quit a job with a bunch of people like that. I knew they were talking about me and trying to play mind games with me. I just smiled and played along. It really pissed them off.

Have as little to do with them as possible!
Just be careful to not be taken in by them! They will act like your pal while they are around you, but stab you in the back later!

Just ignore people that act that way they don't deserve the attention. Sooner or later their true selves will surface and others will see them for who they really are.

I stay away from them once I figure out that they are fake. There are enough problems in my life without having to deal with that kind of cr**.

I try to igore them. I doesnt give me the creeps, but it does make me kinda feel pity for them, theyre so lame they wont even be themselves, which would be way cooler.

I don't talk to people I don't like, I don't act fake, if I don't like you I would tell you. On the other hand I hate when people talk fake to me, talk to me how you really feel.

I figures a few years ago that I only wanted real people in my life, no fakes, no drama queens, just real people with real problems and real experiences.

but if you are forced to work with them and talk to them
you can try to avoid a lil..
or you can be a little sacarstic when talking to them so that they will get what you feel like when being with them

I just call them on it. I can always tell when people are being fake so I just tell tem that I see right through them.
