this guy i met in some modeling site wanted to take/trade pics in exchange for my time. so i went and i signed a release form at the end of it. so i'm wondering, should i have done that? he gave me a copyright form. was i being stupid to sign the form?

so if i didn't sign it, then he wouldn't give me my pics...huh(confused) ?
should he have not asked me to sign a release form?

Odds are the release gives him the right to use and publish the pictures w/o payment to you. You really should have read it and I hope you got a copy. The copywright form he gave you - does it goive you the right to copywright them, or did your release give him that right? You have probably been scammed. Sorry

No you shouldn't sign ANYTHING unless you read it first. Obviously, you didn't read it.
