I would like to attach a vellum overlay to some notecards, what is the best method? I know that regular glue doesn't work.

What do you mean trim out? Sorry, don't mean to be dim. I don't want the vellum to cover the whole notecard - I guess I could just spray the vellum itself?

vellum double stick tape or eyelets and such.

If you have a Xyron machine, run it through using the one sided adhesive cartridge. This applies a full covering to the vellum and is invisible.

3M spray adhesive over the note cards press on the vellum and trim out.

I'd say spray glue or lose little picture tabs.

You can use ribbon or brads.
