The cafeteria employees at the college dorms decide to slander your name saying you said homocidal threats when you DIDNT EVEN COME CLOSE To saying anything like that??

sue for slander...get a good lawyer and you gotta have proof.

sticks and stones dear.... have their comments impeded you in progressing in a certain area in your life... work or school or anything else? Now... if they are working at the time the most you could do is issue a complaint, but it is not something you could press charges for unless there is more to the story that you haven't revealed... which I think may be the case.

You have comported yourself as an adult in all matters scholastic and personal? You have treated them with the respect due them at all times? You behave in a mature way whenever you are in the cafeteria?

Yup. Report it to their supervisor. Also, speak with your academic advisor about the incident.
