Taisha Nicole Gonzales is the best. Second to that would be Sophie Annette. Sophia Marie is a little too rhymish for my taste, Sophia Nicole would sound nice, though (that would probably be my favorite).

Of the ones you have listed, I like Sophie Annette Gonzales the best, I guess. Yet, let me suggest Sophie Annabella (or Annabelle) Gonzales. Ohhh... I just realized that those initials would be S.A.G. Maybe, you should go with Sophie Nicole Gonzales.

Don't give her a nickname as a first name. You can always call her Sophie, but use Sophia as the full name. I like Sophia Marie best. But what about Sofia Marie, or Sophia Maria?
