Oh yeah, totally. You first have to get in touch with the midichlorians. They bind us to the force that pervades the universe. Once you've got that, past lives are a breeze.

There is no evidence, scientific or otherwise, for past lives. The Bible, in Hebrews 9:27, states "And as it is appointed unto men once to die, but after this the judgment." If you 'open your mind' to any influence without discernment, what you receive will likely be a demonic suggestion rather than a flashback of a past life. This is a dangerous departure from truth. In any case, the only thing physics has to offer is the complete lack of evidence.

Wrong place to ask a question. From what I heard, hypnosis is a way to recall past lives. Unless you really believe you have had a past life, a professional hypnotist probably couldn't find nothing*.
*In hypnosis, you are surrendering your psyche and are vulnerable to suggestion.

Yes, I think it has a lot to do with dreams, and the ability to remember them correctly.

I believe that people can have flashbacks of past lives, but you cannot MAKE them happen if you don't already have them.
