I like the type of relationship when you can tell he/she anything without any hesitation. i like those relationships because it's a good feeling when you know that you have someone to talk to when you're in trouble. To develop those kinds of relationships try to gain that person's trust and give yours. Hang out and talk with them more often.

Relationships are more successful based on the qualities of the individual.

Casual, informal, professional, committed, dedicated, constructive, productive, mindful, informed, humourous, light, and helpful are all terms to describe traits that lead to positive work relationships. They are actually traits that lead to positive relationships in any area of life.

Opposites may attract but they will be maddening.
