im doing a calm assignment. i need to know some emplyer rights. ill looked everywhere, and im out of ideas. help?

You need to be more specific. What are you dealing with? Is it a termination issue? Is it taxes? Pay? Employers have plenty of rights. I suggest you look to the Code of Federal Regulations.

Start with "At Will" states. Those states give the employers the right to hire and the right to fire at will.

Right to hire, fire, have drug policies, set up condition's, set hours, ask for identification, background checks, ask for referrals, call old employers---and the like.
