I hope that if H. Clinton ends of becoming President of the US, the American people don't pat themselves too hard on the back. Sure, having a female run for office and actually coming out on top is a first for the States, but Canada did it before you. ;)

Logically and realistically, I don't think the US and World is quite ready for Girl Power to helm the White House.
Female elected political office empowerment is indeed a sweet Feminist Movement dream come true--but the overall track record that "Girl Power" has done running a few States as Governor hasn't been.....well......all that good.
Hillary might well make a good President, but electing her to President.....well.....that's a wasted vote based on frivolity at this stage of political development right now; electing the wife of a former US President. Really: it's NOT good or safe business.
Remember: ALL OUR LIVES depend on who WE put in The White House. It's amazing WE haven't been destroyed by Bush, Jr's ineptness. Take his eight years in office and learn valuable lessons from his blunders.
Voting a woman to office simply because of her race AND/OR the fact she's a woman is ignorant.....and dangerous, too.

Yes, but Canada didn't actually vote Kim Campbell in as PM--she took over when she was elected leader of the Prog. Conservatives after Mulroney resigned. And she was PM for only 3 or 4 months when she (and virtually the entire party) was voted out of office. So, don't pat yourself on the back too much either
You want to talk about "equal rights"? How's this? Pakistan, a Muslim country--a society NOT famous for women's rights--has had a female leader whereas most Western countries have not

Hillary as our President? YIKES !! HELP !! Just because she is a woman is NOT the criteria by which we judge her, it is her record !!! Hillary is a left wing radical, a socialist, power hungry. What good 'remedies' has she suggested for our nation's problems? None that I see.
Hillary blows whichever way the wind blows.....now, how is THAT going to help our nation? We need a LEADER, not someone who leans this way and that, hoping to please people. YIKES !! HELP !!!
