I can admit that it is extremely hard to handle anger in a classy way. Some people really know how to feed the fire. But, I am a mature, classy lady so I can obtain the strength to handle my anger in a mature and classy way. Do you agree that shouting, yelling, and fighting is the ugly, immature way to handle disputes; do you agree that addressing the issue in a respective way makes a person look beautiful, mature, and classy?

I totally agree. I will say that at times yelling and screaming would make me feel much better. But I always try to conduct myself with dignity.

Anger is an emotional response to some stimulus or stimuli. Emotions are seldom considered classy, but what is? Most of the time, ignoring the stimuli is impossible, but pointing out that they are being used to promote an emotional response rather than a thoughtful one takes most of the sting or whatever away. I don't think emotional responses are necessarily ugly, but they can be. They are definitely ill-conceived. Disputes usually are discussions gone emotional because one side has run out of logic or facts. Doesn't mean either side is uglier or prettier, just that one side is better prepared, and probably more mature.

Yeah, I believe that's true because when you get extemely mad, you could say things that you shouldn't have said or didn't mean to say.
