Most of the time I let it go. One time, while working retail, we had a customer, an elderly man, who was behaving badly. Something told me to be nice to him and I advised the clerk to do the same. The man paid his bill and went out the door. Two minutes later he came back in to apologize and to thank us for being kind. He had just found out that morning that his son had died. I'll never forget that. Straight out of "Its a Wonderful Life."

I'm a bartender. People are rude to me every day. I just tell them to wait a minute. Dry off a couple glasses, wipe a few tables, count what's in the till, then I ask them what they want. My nice customers get their drinks before they get to the bar but the the rude ones have to wait a couple minutes.

It depends on who it is and why they are being rude. If it is someone I know pretty well, I will let them know I don't like being spoken to that way. If it is someone serving me (checker at a grocery store, waiter/waitress, etc). I will talk to the manager about their attitude. I will never fight anyone unless it is with words. I am not a violent person.

Be rude to them in the same way .

Here's a tip :
When someones rude to you to make the moment funny you do this :
When they say something , Like Are you a fool ?
Then you say :
What are you a fool ?
They : Are you having sense ?
You : What are you having sense ??
You add ( WhAt ) in front of each sentence they say .

Unfortunately this happened to me this past weekend. One of my very old friends was very rude to me and I have chosen to ignore her. I don't think that is the right way to act, but something inside of me tells me I just can't handle the situation any other way.

Depends what kind of mood I'm in or what kind of day I'm having.
Most of the time I just say whatever and go on about my day.
If I'm not having a good day or in a sh*tty mood I tell them to go f*ck off and maybe walk a way or start some sh*t.

whatever I'll do I won't fight with him/her, neither I would try be be rude with him\her. I have very bad experiences regarding this. When ever I try to hurt someone, because someone hurt me I always fail and my trick backfires on me. I think it is gods signal to me, who is saying don't try to be like others, be different

I would just ignore them and their immaturity.
It's best not to fight or cause any drama.
It'll lead to more catastrophe.
So i would ignore them, and if they ask for any help or need anything, treat them rudely..
:D
