I don't like it; I do make a good corn casserole with it, though. Take 1 can each regular and cream corn, put in a baking dish, mix 1 cup sour cream, 1 small chopped onion, salt and pepper. Top with 2 cups prepared corn bread mix (1 package of corn bread mix, 1 egg, 1 cup milk). Bake at 350 until corn bread is done. Top with 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese. Bake until cheese is melted then cool slightly and serve.
