HEY EDWARD V,

I see your getting upset now and posting negative comments all over. Don't be upset Edward V, The reason I asked you that is because. There was a lady out posting comments on other websites for HELP. Her daughter was missing. I helped her post her information as well. It was all over the news. Well they found her daughter. 6 months later DEAD.

A conflict of interest is a condition where a person may have a reason to act in a manner which is biased. For example, if a judge owns stock in one of the companies either prosecuting or defending a case, in theory he might rule in favor of that company because he'd lose money on his stock if he ruled in favor of the other side.

The term "blue wall of silence" refers to the tendency of police officers not to report acts of misconduct by other police officers.

The two terms have nothing to do with each other except that police officers may, in having to deal with a dispute between a police officer and a civilian, might (or might not) have a conflict of interest because they could be biased in favor of the police officer.
