My husband says that NO men wipe after they pee, that they "shake" it off. I think it's messy and lazy. WET boxers are a big turn OFF for me!
Also, I am trying to teach our almost-3 year old son to wipe after he pees, but as you could guess Dad thinks it's not necessary.
So, my questions are:
Do most men wipe, shake, or what? (And I'm not talking about a quick pee in the woods, rather a normal non-rushed pee.)
If a man wipes his penis, does it mean he's gay?
If a man shakes his weeny, does the pee disappear into the air and not splatter all over the wall, the toilet and their underwear?
Are men unknowingly marking their territory with their sloppy, non-wiping ways?

From my recent experience with the question do men shake or wipe when they pee I believe the answer should be NO no man should ever have to wipe when they go pee. Let me tell you how I got into this question:
I went to a secluded parking lot with my girlfriend just so we could get some alone time ;). Before that we went to dinner and I had to urinate and the only place was in the woods next to the parking lot. My girlfriend then asked me if I had any toilet paper. My initial comment was I m going pee I don t need toilet paper (because I don t). She then says that It was disgusting and that she didn t want to go down on me because she didn t want to get pee in her mouth. I then say whenever we are at a house and I use a bathroom I never wipe because men should not have to and there is no difference that Im not wiping now. She then freaks out how disgusting it is and i get squat didley that night.
In conclusion men should not have to wipe or ever should wipe because it is merely making you less of a man. What s asked next? do men have to pee sitting down? No none of these questions should be asked. Men don t wipe, women do. Chris we get it that you get pee on your hand every time you reach for your husbands cock, but maybe you should ask your self this question: Should I not Jerk my husband off while he is going pee?

7 years old question, I hope you and your son are doing well.
Wiping for sure. Why? It is definitely cleaner, period.
Here how it should be to get the best results as possible: After peeing, wait for about 45 seconds to a minute then squeeze (by the thumb and index finger to be precise, pushing forward to clean the urethra). After that wipe it. This should be the best way to almost never have drops after in any way. Because if someone squeezed and wiped right after peeing (without waiting), and waited for a minute and then squeezed again, he will see a drop coming out. That's why giving it that time will reduce most of remaining urine in the urethra.
I think that "no toilet paper at the urinal" is not an excuse. regardless of your gender, cleanness or purity is what all of us are looking for. It is better to grab one before you start.

Thanks for raising the discussion. this is an absolutely ridiculous situation that creates mess and hassle for everyone that that has to clean a loo (sorry, I'm English!)...nobody has to shake OR wipe. The best way to urinate is: pull back your foreskin (if you have one) so only your glans is exposed - the piss then comes our of a small, neat hole and finishes cleanly, with only a drop of residue, if any, which can be flicked off. Why this is not taught to boys is beyond me - I realised what I had to do in adulthood. Circumcision fixes the issue for good, I guess. Right, I don't want to talk about this any more!!!

In theory men should wipe, but practically it is impossible. The reason is that the flaccid penis always holds some urine unless shacked vigorously. The male urethra is very narrow and can easily hold many drops of urine. So the truth is that despite a wipe, or one or two shakes, there will always be several drops that will come out. However it does dry up in a couple of minutes.
PS. I always thought that women wipe to clean their lips and hair, rather then the urethra.

Have ever heard the saying "You can shake it. Until you break it, you can beat it against the wall; until you stick it into your britches, the drop will never fall"? We'll, the saying is true! And I've never heard a rhyme about wiping. And if a guy dose wipe, it's probably because his penis is oozing with some form of V.D.

You shake in a controlled direction type of way.
But remember more than a 3 second shake is a pull!

heres the down low...at least for me
Do I wipe myself like women do after they pee?? NO! I give it the "piss shiver". Its a combo of a lil hop up and down, using your toes, while flexing a certian muscle (dunoo what its called) that get the last bit of urine up. *note* that muscle is also the muscle that most guys use to "shoot" sperm when they ejaculate...as opposed to letting it drip.
HOWEVER, I do wipe the lip of the toliet cuz I have a thing about pissing on the inside wall of the toliet just because its "quieter". Therefore, I tend to get a lil on the lip of the toliet (yes...I lift the seat every time : )
But Wiping my john afer I pee....nope. Of course you can do what YOU want with YOUR kid, but I think it'd be a little inconvient to have to use a stall every damn time I use the bathroom cuz I sure as hell aren't gonna run across the restroom to grab the paper towels.....your call though.

I give it a good shake and squeeze the tip to get any extra drops out. That always gets the last drops off. The I put it back in my pants feeling real nice cause I got my relief.
