O.K. I'm bout to try and help you keep your girl's money.

NFC- No one has upgraded enough to surpass the Saints and Bears other than the 49ers and they are still growing though.

AFC- It looks like dem 'ol Pats are loaded and looking to break out and start another 2 or 3 year title run with the Colts still looking poised.

Pick- NFC Title Game- Saints or Bears

Pick - AFC- New England

Winner- New England, Hopefully you get to keep ya girl's money.

well at bodog.com the pats are 2:1 favorites right now so that's not a good bet. the colts on the other hand are 15:2 and the chargers are 6:1. The bears look like they'll be the beast of the NFC again and are still only 12:1 odds. Also in the NFC the saints are at 18:1. I think those 4 teams are much better BETS than the patriots.

Betting because you need the money is, at best, stupid. If you really need the money, invest it in the stock market. Investing in the stock market is betting too, in a way, but at least you have much better chances of winning!

If you're going to bet, the only legitimate reason to do it is for fun. Any team you pick isn't going to have great chances of winning it all, but if I were you and I had to bet, I would split the paycheck in two and put half on the Patriots and half on the Chargers. I wouldn't bother betting on a NFC team because, even though a NFC team is obviously going to get to the Super Bowl, I'm pretty confident that they won't win because the AFC is so strong right now.

You should definetly go with New England. They Shored up the reciever position, where they were weak last year and kept their core defense basically the same. The Patriots are getting old, but you can see how much age affected the San Antonio Spurs. Look for Tom Brady to have a career year with Randy Moss and Dante Stallworth catching his passes. Whatever you do though, don't bet on anyone from the NFC!

What an awesome question! I like where your head's at, man.

Lesee... Bet on an AFC team for sure, I'd say the Patriots, though it pains me because everyone is saying the Patriots. They just look SO good this year.

But for the NFC champs, take the 49ers. They stand as good a chance as anyone, and the odds will be against them.

As a matter of fact, I'm going to go find MY girlfriend's paycheck. Or maybe... I asked this one girl to marry me on this forum last week... she picked me as best answer too... that's a yes, right? And she's a Niners fan. I wonder if she makes good money...

If you bet now. I would have to take a repeat and go for the Colts returning champs.

Although due to the fact I'm not a Colts fan. I'll be cheering for the 49'ers to take it.

The Colts in the draft got some good linemen to block for Peyton better. A line is something they didn't have when they won. So, now Peyton will have more time, so watch for him to do even better.

Eagles do look good for next year but rogers looks unstoppable in post season so i think green bay because they set a new packer record for most points in a game against the #1 seed falcons there is not too much that can be argued there

Go with the colts.
They have all of their offencive players coming back.
Like Manning, Wayne, Harrison, and their runningback.
Their defence will be alright to.
And they have already shown they can win a super bowl.
They should repeat again this year to.
BUT BETTING YOUR GIRLFRIENDS PAYCHECK IS CRAZY
