Dont worry hun - Please dont worry yourself. You will do just fine. I have had two kids, and honestly never needed stitches -I think with my second I just needed One...and it didnt even hurt afterwords. I am now due any day for my third daughter and not the least bit worried- you know why? Because labor is natural...and when you stress out, its not good. Take it easy and know that nature will take its course and that good things will happen. And by the way, I never teared, had hemmorhoids ...and I only pooped a tiny bit with my first because I had castor oil! LOL With my second, it was a PIECE OF CAKE....Yes its normal to be a little worried, but it could be easier than your first - actually, it WILL be! :) CONGRATS!!!!

No matter how much you worry you cant change what will happen on the big day. Every single birth is completely individual. Enjoy the rest of your pregnancy and don't stress, this wont do yourself or your new baby any good. So long as you have a beautiful healthy baby what more can you ask for. Good luck and much happiness for the future . x

I didn't have any meds with my first 2 kids either. With my 3rd I did, loved it. If your worried about pooing on yourself, try to keep yourself cleaned out right before your due. I don't think there is anything you can do about hemorrhoids, they just happen and I know, they suck big time. Ask your dr. about a episotomy (thats not how you spell it but i don't know how and spellcheck didn't work for it) so that you don't tear. It is alot better healing from one of those than tearing. I have done both. Good luck and congrats.

I was worried about that stff too, just make ure to eat light once the big day gets closer, drink lots of water so that way you are regular, did you tear with your first, if you didn't chances are you wont tear this time, if you did ypu might not tear as much, and as for hemmeroids, my hospital supplied the Tucks pads for me, but if yours doesn't make sure to pack some in your hospital bag and use them right after you have the baby, I never experianced them but I used the Tucks pads as soon as I could, so maybe it prevented them. Well Good luck and Congrats!!!

Get yourself a Doula. Honestly. She is an expert at guiding you through the emotions, fears and concerns of labor both before and during. She is excellent at redirecting your thoughts and keeping private the things you want kept private without you having to shoo people away. I am a Doula and a massage therapist. I also work in labor and delivery at a hospital on a regular basis and my pt's who have had the assistance of a Doula, always highly recommend it for various reasons not even mentioned above. :) Here is a great place to start in finding one to match your needs: http://doulanetwork.com
Best of everything to you!

Hi, my name is Andy. As a parent myself, the fact that you are worrying about your sons birth means so much more than you are giving yourself credit for. I am sure that everything shall be fine for you and your unborn son. He shall be a very lucky little lad to have a mum like you. and so what if you scream and shout at the nurses or your partner, or have a wee little accident, ,you are allowed to, and anyone that tells you otherwise, tell them to come and talk to me! Good Luck! God Bless!

Hmmm,
I feel ya there. I have 4 children, but when I think about delivering another, I get anxiety. Try to drink some chamomile tea. It will calm you. Read a book, watch a movie, or call a friend. Maybe a warm bubble bath.

No worries cause all of us moms have been there done that. Its ok-it won't be the 1st time the Dr sees things like that and it won't be the last. Stpo stressing over things you can't control. Just enjoy cause the baby will be here soon!
