home remidies for earaches?

Question

i have an earache, but i cant get to a doctor about it until wendsday! (believe me i tried getting in sooner)....well, until then, is there anything i can do to ease the pain? i have these ear drops but they only do so much....there has to be a better home remedy someone has tried. please help!

its not that i cant see my doctor at all, its just i cant see him till wendsday. there are things i have to do before then, like HAVE to do.
