Divide by 60 to get revs per sec., then multiply by 2 pi to get rads per sec. Or just divide by 9.5493 to do it in one step.

1 RPM is 6.28 radians/minute or 0.10472 radians/second.

Or in other words, the easiest way is to multiply your RPM with 1/0.10472 or 9.5493.
