Are they going to just slap a new yellow ribbon magnet on their SUVs (which guzzles down the gas that supports the terrorists) on the 4th of July7 & call themselves patriots while they drink a beer at the beach?

During World War 11 people went to the movies..In fact comedy was being mass produced by Hollywood as well as Musicals! All civilians are in a war invironment when the country is at war someplace! Are you suggesting that the Overtired, Overworked, Overtaxed US Citizen is not entitled to some time away, some time to relax? Many people who I know get one vacation a year...Many get to go away less than a week of that year...Most of them take that time away less than 100 miles from their homes! And yes I do think some of these US Patriots will enjoy themselves while drinking a beer at the Beach! Why shouldn't they? They earned it!

Sorry Ted, the Army missed there recruiting goal by 7% this past month. The reenlistments are some what influenced by the bonus's of $40,000.00 or more.

This is not a war, this is an occupation. (We are acting like a police force and prison administration.) We can leave enough troops to stop invasions from Turkey, Iran, or Syria.

There is no reason for an occupation other than greed for oil.

honestly the ones that are going to be hit the hardest are the families of all the troops, seriously i think alot of americans could care less about the troops, but i care and i wish they werent over there but i cant do any thing about it just pray to who ever or what ever that all this fighting stops. the majority of the troops believe in what they are doing over there. otherwise there wouldn't be record enlistment and volunteers to go back.
we should pray for them and remember them every day, but we cannot stop living our lives --- otherwise the terrorists win

I'll be enjoying my summer! I feel sorry for our soldiers in Iraq, but they did volunteer to be there. I will support them by continuing to tell my representatives to bring them home!
