Yup it is Number Two // // Blacks fled to the North only to find Bigotry and Prejudice on the rise as the KKK expanded and took over town and city and even one state government.

Many blacks moved to the North to work in the factories. The KKK was on the rise again. And there wasn't equal treatment in the Army until the end of WW II.
