I'm not sure if I ever had a funniest movie, but once I saw Knocked Up, and I had tears in my eyes from laughing so much and so hard, that's gotta be it!
**Now that I think about it, I would also have to say Shaun of the Dead with Simon Pegg. He's the lead guy in Hot Fuzz.

Theres something about Mary. When Matt Dillion is trying to revive that dog after giving him downers-kills me every time I watch it and Ive seen it a lot!!! One of my favorites.
