I think the smartest person is the one who knows s/he can't possibly know everything, but knows where to find the answer.

Considering multiple intelligence theory, the question cannot be answered. One man might score really high on verbal intelligence, another on musical, another on visual, still another on physical.
Now, if you want the person who has the highest total score, if we could measure each, in all the different kinds of intelligence--that'd be me :-)
