This question is a misdirection tactic used by conservative think tanks around Washington D.C. The conservatives find one of their serious weaknesses and then blame the liberals of the same or similar issue... Like the Iraq fiasco was the liberals' fault.
The conservatives are clearly guilty of documented conspiracies. So let's blame the liberals of a conspiracy of some kind as a misdirection tactic.
