I believe it was a sci-fi movie, where all the men have died of some plague or something and women are the only ones left. But this lady creates a male clone(?)....Anyone know what I'm talking about?

That would be "The Last Man on Planet Earth" which came out in 1999.

97% of men died from a Y-bomb in a war with Afghanistan. A female scientist later makes a male clone and calls him Adam, and he gets hunted by the FBI when he grows up.
