try something like nair.it may smell bad but it works.dont do it right after you shave though or it will burn.also, this stuff called Nads works great for me, its like a hair removal gel that doesnt hurt.you use it like wax but it doesnt rip the hair out.it is also a natural product,whereas nair is all chemicals.http://www.nads.com/

Your razor might be dull. Change the blade more often (or the razor if it's disposable). Also, exfoliate using a scrub before you shave.

well you have to get a different razor that also means that all the hair hasnt went completely down.

um.. get veet..its not hot but its burns all of your hair off in 5minutes.. and it doesnt hurt at all.. and it doenst really BURN your hair.. but yea.. thats the best you should do.
